1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bootekol ("the Service"), operated at bootekol.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the version date above.

2. Age Requirements

Bootekol does not claim ownership over user-uploaded content.

7. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Process)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice containing:

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your uploaded content will be removed, though cached copies may persist temporarily as described in Section 6.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
